PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

IT Operations Engineer | Applied Intuition | May 2023 - Present

Served as sole IT point of contact for both the Ann Arbor, MI and Royal Oak, MI offices for over two years, managing all aspects of technology infrastructure, security, and end-user support for a team of fifty people. Owned and led IT migration when these offices were combined into a new permanent office in May, 2025.

Infrastructure & Network Management

  • Deployed and configured on-premises network infrastructure at Applied Intuition’s new Ann Arbor office (Palo Alto, Meraki)
  • Managed full-stack on-premises network infrastructure including virtualization cluster (Dell EMC/vSphere 7.0) hosting ~50 VMs, enterprise firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto), and local storage systems (HPE Nimble, Synology NAS, TrueNAS)
